SoCo Restaurant

The food was amazing. We bought a Groupon. Had the shrimp creole with grits, soco punch, and peach cobbler. Hubby had meatballs with Mac n cheese, lemonade, and banana pudding. Everything was fresh and tasted great. The cobbler was one of the best I've ever had. The staff was so friendly. I can't wait to try the jerk chicken next time.

Got some take out from SoCo today and WOW! The food is outstanding! We got the Mac bites (so so yummy), the jerk chicken (smokey and fresh), pulled pork (sweet and tender), green beans (unique smokey flavor, and delicious) and the Mardi gras pasta (Spicy, creamy, incredible!). All our food was fresh and so so good! Josie was welcoming and professional, she was super nice and we had a lovely chat! So excited this new family owned business is so close to me, I will definitely be coming back for more!

Very good food.
It tastes really great, I ordered for the three sides since im not a meat fan, it was corn, mashed potatoes, green beans and an extra side of mash.
It was worth it, only thing I'd love is increasing the portion sizes.

The owner, for starters, is awesome!! Very nice, friendly and inviting! The creole shrimp was delicious with the grits!! The jerk chicken was perfectly tender and well seasoned - haven’t had jerk chicken that good since I was in Jamaica. The Mac n cheese is straight up homemade amazingness - went really well with the jerk sauce from the chicken! My wife got the shrimp po boy - perfectly breaded and the sauce on there was fire! Portions were huge and worth every cent. Of course, I had to the try the peach cobbler and the banana pudding - both were the perfect way to end that meal. We need to put this place on the map!! You’ve definitely got repeat customers here and can’t wait to try the rest of the menu !

I had jerk chicken, mac n cheese and garlic mashed potatoes. It was amazing! My co workers and I were very pleased and will be returning for sure! Oh btw banana pudding is delicious! Thank you ladies for greeting me with beautiful smiles and kindness.
