“Service failure the second time. My wife and I went for dinner last week but was embarrassed by the small table. We were assigned a very small table even though there was regular table available. Half of our dinner had to wait, and we had to rush what had been served. This table should only serve one person for dinner. This was the second time we were embarrassed. About a year ago, we went during festival season. We didn't blamed the waiting, but was embarrassed by being ignore for 45 minutes. All those waiting in line, about four or five groups of customers, were not even talked to in that almost one hour of waiting. No waiter came to receive us, nor ask how many of us in a group. If not one of us insisted to wait, I would have left already. The service was normal when I came the second time. But last week, the memory of the first one came back again. Fairly to say, though their food was good, the service was not stable.”

“First things first- everyone needs to realize how INEXPENSIVE this pizza is. Now that I've said that, obviously Friday and weekends of all times at dinner, is busiest. When I say busy, I mean, my husband and I called ahead at 5 pm and were told 15-20 minutes but guess what, we got there and waited in line. I wasn't upset because it was a busy Friday night. We waited and after 20 minutes we got to the front of the line to be told our pizza wasn't even in the oven yet (even though they told us 15-20 minutes on the phone and we didn't get there til 5:30). The associates working the kitchen area were clearly overwhelmed but I felt bad that there was only one young lady up front at the cash register. Everyone was yelling at her for their wrong orders and frustrations. Part of me understands that, because she was just hanging out pizzas instead of looking over who ordered what. But another part of me felt for her, because she was up there all alone while multiple customers yelled in her face. After 30 minutes at the shop, we arrived at home around 6 pm (we live 2 minutes away). Once tasting our stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, I told my husband the best explanation of our pizza- "for the price we paid ($10 for stuffed crust, pepperoni deep dish pizza), the amount of time we waited after calling over the phone, and the quality of what we received... I would rate this somewhat highly." My final opinion is that if they properly regulated their system for receiving pizzas at the front of the store, they would easily be 4.5-5 stars for the price and quality of their pizza. The long waiting time made me want to help with their customer service, but I know they would have been offended if I had asked.”

“Got Christmas dinner here. They read off a list of everything in the order. When I got home I realized they forgot to give the cranberry relish I paid for with my order - even though they read it off. They were closed when I got home so it was too late to go back and get it. So very disappointing not to have that iconic dish on Christmas. The food we did get was very good. Ham was well prepared, all the sides were excellent, except of course the cranberry relish. Apple pie was a good finish to the meal. Will most likely go here again but will double check everything before I leave the store.”

“Ordered tacos here, shrimp, carnita, marinated prom, steak, fish, barbacoa, everything was absolutely delicious. Upon arrival the waitress brought us free nachos with homemade salsa which was the freshest salsa I've ever had. Felt like they had just made it. Prices are great. 2.25 dollars per taco which I believe is reasonable. Food was absolutely delicious, my favorite was the shrimp, boyfriend loved the marinated pork. This is a family restaurant, it's a wonderful place, highly recommended, give it a try!”

“Have been going here since they opened. Worked here in high school. The family is wonderful. The food is always great. When in town, we eat here 2-3 times per week.
