“Food is decent, service is hit or miss. Ordered a churro with my meal once and the guy cooking took it and brought it to some girls in the restaurants he was friends with. After waiting, I asked the cashier what was up and she told me "oh... he gave it to those girls." Didn't have time to wait for another, so they said next time I came back they'd give me one. Green sauce is runny but good.”

Who wants to write that much for a review? And even worse, who'd want to read it? So far, I estimate that I am at 100 characters. I wonder if I should just copy and paste all of this and be done with it. ???????? I better continue blabbing without reason. Now that I think about it. What is the incentive of reaching a higher level as a local guide? Could it be just ego? Or just the desire of being appreciated? I started doing reviews as a way to help others avoid bad businesses, mainly to get back at bad businesses for being tricky. Then I got hooked and started reviewing all other businesses for their excellent service. I think I'm now past 200 characters. I wonder if anyone it's going to read all this? “The place was good. Quiet (went during lunch time) and service was quick. Sat at the bar with my brother, had a few drinks, and ate a slice of sausage pizza. The portion was big. The draft beer was cold, and the wings my brother had were good. Plenty of meat on the wings. The service was good. The lady behind the bar kept our drinks filled and always made sure we were good or if we needed anything else. I definitely wouldn't mind returning here. Plus, the lunchtime show of the Elgin Police Department arresting a guy and searching his car was quite the entertainment.”

“Decent food for a decent price. Friendly staff and, and clean restaurant. Fires are a bit under-salted and a little soggy. Their Vienna beef Hotdogs are just as good as Portillo's. Their hot wing sauce is more akin to "very hot BBQ sauce" or "very sweet hot sauce" I appreciate the heat but not the flavor. Still a very fine restaurant.”

“My family orders from this place several times a month. Our food is always hot and accurate when we order delivery. They take special requests with no issues. Delivery is usually faster than quoted as well. I’m not a huge fan of Chinese food, but I have loved everything I have gotten from here. The cashew chicken and the lo mein are some of my favorites. My husband loves the fried rice, sweet and sour chicken and the egg rolls.”
