Grand Mongolian Hot Pot

We ordered takeout last night - it was absolutely incredible. Everything was delicious - we had the chicken teriyaki bento box, pot stickers, and chicken fried rice. Can't wait to order from you guys again! So so good.

Just tried this place the other night. The food was great. Everything was fresh and plentiful. The carryout service is fast. I will order from here again.

I went here with a party of four, the restaurant is spacious and well decorated. I really like how much space they give between tables. We ordered an assortment of meat, vegetables, noodles, dumplings and soft tofu in the original bone broth. We also had the garlic, hoisin, and chili dipping sauce. My whole party enjoyed the taste and quality of the food. My favorite sauce was the hoisin with chili mixed in. I do think the portions offered with their mushrooms and meat can be slightly more generous but we all left with full bellies and paid about $20-25 a person after tipping, which I think is fair. The staff here is truly wonderful. They were very friendly and attentive. There aren't any options for hot pot in this neighborhood so I think this place is a great addition to Park Ridge and I would happily go back.

This hot pot was excellent. We got the spicy broth, bulgogi chicken, fresh shrimp, wheat noodles, and veggie platter. The timing our server suggested was spot on and the quantity of food provided was generous. Our server, Kelly, was new but already knew her stuff and was very kind and attentive.
