“Hosted my future daughter-in-law’s bridal shower at Uncork, Unwind and it was fantastic. Wine shop owner Heidi and her staff were so accommodating and the food and wines expertly selected. The flatbreads and the cheeses, pretzels and other selections were all delicious and everyone got a chance to take leftovers. Heidi helped keep the shower on track time wise and we were allowed to bring our own desserts which was perfect. And the wine? Simply fabulous!! The bride and groom also received a small bottle of champagne. I would definitely recommend this spot for private events and any other occasions-I’ll definitely be back to support this small business whenever I can.”

“Wanted a quick dinner on a way home and this place looked new and interesting. They just opened Monday (4 days ago) so the menu is very limited so far. Single or double burgers, chicken burger (fried chicken) and fries. I had the chicken and hubby had the burger. Our one issue is that fries were pretty bland. The burgers were AMAZING and the sauce is fantastic. I hope they stick around and implement their larger menu displayed on posters outside.”

“The food here is amazing! We eat here at least 1-2x a week. Love the shawerma and hummus plate and the steak kebab plate. My girlfriend has celiac disease and is also allergic to dairy and she’s never had a reaction here. All their food is naturally gluten free other than the pita, wraps and pastries obviously. Highly recommend!”

“I'm so happy an awesome place like this is in our town. Everything I've had here is delicious. I fell in love with the green goddess protein drink. It's probably the most delicious protein drink I've ever had! Do keep in mind this place is a little on the pricey side. The 24 oz drink I get is $10.50 and the 16 oz is $8.50. so it's more than an expensive Starbucks drink that's for sure, but it's well worth it if you're craving a healthy drink. I've also gotten their amazing caprese/avocado toast. It's SO good. Keep in mind it takes a little bit of time to make these drinks and meals so don't expect it to come out fast. I'd say I've waited an average of 8-10 mins for everything. I really hope this place sticks around and everyone out here should come by and try it!”

“We find this place to have some of the most consistently good food anywhere. The food compares very favorably to the places downtown. Their fish and lamb are excellent, and their deserts are also very good. Wine is very reasonable and a good selection of Greek wines. If you like Greek food you do not need to go anywhere else. We usually have pan fried fish and lamb chops by the pound and they cook it consistently to taste. On weekends they have roasted lamb and baby pig. They have just added recently muscles and stuffed calamari with feta cheese and spinach as appetizers which are scrumptious. Our Greek friends also agree that this is one of the best Greek restaurants in Chicago.”

“We tried this Korean Fried Chicken (KFC) franchise after seeing it in several of our favorite K-Dramas, and it is fantastic! The Niles location is just as good as the first one we tried in Arlington Heights. The coating of the chicken has a wonderful crunch which can be missing from some of the other local offerings of ‘KFC’. Price and portion sizes are both good, and there’s a ton of difference sauce selections and multiple ways of ordering the bird (boneless, wings (good size), or whole chicken). Friendly staff, large dinning area, and ample parking are huge pluses. I can’t wait to go back! Luckily (for my stomach) it’s close by.”
