Their new touchscreen menu to do your own order isn't working either. And you still have to wait for an unenthusiastic employee to take your order. “I really like many things about White Eagle Restaurant. The variety of Polish food to choose from and some American style. My favorite is the mushroom barley soup, one of their specials and a side of either potato pancakes or pierogies. So many of their dishes look delicious, I'll have to try more of them. Some of my friends love the sampler plate and some love the stuffed cabbage roll dinners. The staff is very friendly. I've been there on Sat. evenings to meet my friends and see the bands. I love live music and have seen different good bands there . The room is very nice, plenty of tables, chairs and booths. It's best to reserve a table if you want to choose where you will be seated. There is a stage and a dance area, so fun. Plus, free entry to see the show and plenty of free parking, also easy to get to. I gave it 4 stars since service can sometimes be slow.”

“This noodle and sushi shop is located inside HMaet in the food court. Reasonable price for pretty good food. Udon noodles were fresh but the did not put very much chicken in it. The broth was an ok seafood broth.. Sushi was ok. The wasabi did not have a lot of flavor. Average overall.”

“Great for sports events. Food and drinks priced decently. Have a pretty good amount of TVs. They probably should limit the number of people going in. Very overcrowded. Also the restrooms should be expanded if they host that many people. Couldn't even get in. Felt like the entire place was waiting in line. There is parking there and they have some sort of security at entrance. Had a decent time. Just wish people weren't on top of each other.”

“Good pizza, if you like greasy, crunchy crust, cheesy (which I like). Pitchers of soda are always flat and seems watered down. You have to get pizza and drinks at separate location/cashier and pay separately. The big bald guy that works at the bar has been there FOREVER and seems to be always drunk - rude at times. Tipping doesn't really get you a better service at the bar. The cashier/order takers could be nice or not, it depends who you get. At least, you don't have to tip any servers - there are none. :-) I definitely get a taste for this pizza once in while. We used to go to the Howard location, but that closed years ago. I hope they don't close this one. It seems to be going downhill - but not the pizza - only service. A bit of light might attract more people. It's easy to miss from the street because it's so dark. A bit of light might create some better vibes.”

“My family and I love coming here. The little princess just loves the pizza and always knows that our weekend tradition has become to go to Al's Beef. The pizza is great, the hot dogs are amazing and oh so mouth watering!! We have also had the cheese fries and poppers. Everything is so delicious and fresh, and fairly priced, they have their own parking lot as well! And the employees are always so kind and helpful. We love it and highly recommend it!”

“I just left the Naf Naf location near village Crossing. After ordering, a server called my name. I was certain that they had gotten my order wrong. There was no rice on my plate. The server Joanna very politely explained that my order did not automatically come with rice. I accepted her explanation shrugged my shoulders and took my food to a table. When I settled into my seat I reread the menu and confirmed that she was indeed correct. Upon looking up from that menu Joanna was standing there with a side of rice. When I sheepishly told that she didn’t need to do that. she smiled and replied “I want to” . These small kindnesses are what turns a once in a while customer into a frequent visitor. I say give Joanna a raise!”
