Absolutely great Happy Hour stop! Draft Sapporo and 1/2 price traditional sushi rolls. Really well made sushi and delicious!

Excellent restaurant! I had the Spicy Sexy Dragon Roll and the Sake Don. The Sake Don was the most buttery salmon, it was incredible. The portions are generous. The seaweed salad is excellent, and it was perfectly layered.

I was thrilled with the Spicy Sexy Dragon Roll. We got this as an appetizer. It's the perfect amount of heat, and the huge roll could easily be your meal.

Our waiter was wonderful, he made great recommendations and was very knowledgeable about the Sake options. We tried his favorite sake and it was delicious and smooth.

The seating is comfortable, we did not feel rushed, and the whole experience was very nice.

First time here, it is a very nice place- nice ambience, dimly lit and clean.
The owner as well as the waiter were very friendly. Nice to see the owner or manager helping out.
My husband and I both ordered steaks. Mine was the New York strip steak. My husband's was the rib eye. Both were cooked as we wanted. It came with rice and vegetables. We were also given salad.

This was our third dining experience at 1800 Cut and they have really turned up the heat!

They brought in a new exec chef and have a new menu which is spot on for a traditional Japanese sushi/steak experience.

Our food was delicious! The quality on all was top notch. I have included pictures of the Chicken Karaage, Golden crispy rice roll, Spicy girl roll, Trio maki, and the Flaming 1800 roll. The presentation was great, but the taste was even better!

It looks like they have brought on additional staff, which made service this time around much better.

We were able to talk with the new sushi chef about the new menu items and the owner was so friendly!

The restaurant is beautiful inside! Definitely somewhere to have a nice date or bring a group for entertaining!

How refreshing to have 1800 Cut right here in the Glen!

Can’t wait to come back here!

    Charming on the Surface:
I was greeted with a beautifully designed space and a warm welcome, sparking an initial flutter of excitement. The atmosphere was comfortably buzzing, and our meals arrived in a flash.

    But Underneath, Disappointment Lingered:

    😵‍💫The Culinary Miss:
Sadly, the dishes didn’t live up to the ambiance or price. The meat was a letdown, lacking the quality and taste promised by the menu. My photo comments delve into this culinary gap.

    😑The Absent Check-in:
Our server, sweet as she was, left us adrift in a sea of silence post-serving, shattering the illusion of care. (I mean, she never checked in with us after the food was served. Not even once.) The frequent pre-order check-ins felt more fast-food than fine dining, at odds with the hefty price tag.
