“I’m going to give this place a 5 star rating because I have respect for the management here. For the staffers, try to keep this shop more neat, as in, don’t forget to wipe the tables with sanitizer towel after each customer. I came in here to try this place for the first time, and I could see grease and breadcrumbs on the tables and it was just a major turn off for my appetite. While I know this is not the strongest chain in the business locally, no matter how big or small the brand of your employer is, you make the difference in your stores with your dedication to perfection. That’s all. Thanks for ruining lunch for me.”

“Decent taco place for the price. I like that their food is not to saucy. The staff is friendly. It's looks mostly like a take out place as the inside is lacking atmosphere. There is some seating. I tried the shrimp tacos and the chicken tacos. The chicken tacos were very spicy. The shrimp ones were tasty and were served on a corn tortilla. Guacamole was pretty good. So all in all this is a decent place, not upscale by any means but good quality food at good prices.”

“We love this place! It is the cutest, family run breakfast place and the servers here are super nice and friendly. They make you feel like you're part of the family. The menu selection for breakfast is excellent, and they have a separate gluten free menu. They have something for everyone, low carb, sweet tooth, healthy, you name it. “I really like Jersey Mike's, but I don't like the inefficiency of the standing in line and ordering process, which seems to be only this location. It can take a lot of time and frustration as they demand your order 5-8 people deep past the meat case so you are essentially yelling your order over other people. I'm not sure why they can't solve this inefficiency and get a faster process in place and it has been this way for years as even though you give your order 8 people ahead, the wait is still excruciating. As of the past few months, I have exclusively resorted to using the Online Ordering so I just walk in and pick up my food and leave, thus avoiding the painstaking wait and frustration of ordering. Ever since, I've been a much happier customer and gain that much more time back in my day.”

“Panera Bread on Waukegan Road on east side of parking lot from Jewel Foods gets High Mark's for product and efficiency. Facility seems a bit dated. Decor (yellow & dark wood finishes make me very uncomfortable for some as yet undetermined reason...just want to get order and get out). Food is great, BLT w/Avocado = Outstanding. Soups pretty good all around, Black Bean = 15 on 1-10 scale, but for some reason is seasonal? Huh? Black Beans are available year round! It is your best (probably healthiest soup) and it is off the chart so far September 2018 through January 2019 this is Cold Weather staple! The Potato soup = 6. Taste is good, nice herb complement, no heavy salt, but it is way thin-watery, needs some pureed potato stock maybe some celery and grated carrot. Everything else seems consistently good. Staff is very pleasant, knowledgeable of their menu, glad to help. Very efficient, facilities very clean. Handicap accessible. Now, if they could do something about that dark woodwork and dingy yellow paint. I might just stay and have 2nd lunch or 2nd dinner! Keep up the good work Panera.”

The interior has a nice balance of an attractive sit down restaurant for families and couples balanced with a casual and welcoming sports bar and TV's off to the side. “Tried Mozu for the first time tonight to celebrate our anniversary. The food was absolutely incredible. You could tell it was all homemade and freshly cooked. We were informed shortly after placing our order that the fried rice would take about 30 minutes and the server apologized and asked if we still wanted it, after saying yes and it was not an issue we enjoyed our other food while we waited. As we were waiting, the server brought my boyfriend another beer free of charge and a dumpling appetizer to snack on. When we received our check there was also a discount, this caught us completely off guard. Before all the discounts we were still very happy with our experience, most businesses do not do things like this unless the customer complains. This showed that they are one step ahead and appreciate their patrons, it was extremely genuine and greatly appreciated. We can not wait to come back and to tell our friends and family about this place. Clean atmosphere, delicious food, and very attentive employees. Thank you for giving us a very enjoyable dinner!”

“One of my favorite breakfast places. It is very popular so don't be surprised with some wait time. Place might seem packed (some tables are pretty close to each other) but I would still give it four starts for the atmosphere. Food is very satisfying. Their skillets are on point, crapes will satisfy sweet tooth, but it's Elly's pancakes are outstanding and will make you come back over and over. Highly recommend this place.”
