I've been coming here since I was a child, I eat from here every week. The service has been amazing for years.

The service is fast! The food is Good! And the price fantastic!

This place is amazing, you can tell the staff enjoys each other company. It's a refreshing thing to see people who enjoy their job.
They also honor mistakes, I was given the wrong pasta. They made me a new one of the correct thing I ordered.

This store has always been a wonderful experience. There's never an issue. Food's always hot and fresh. The staff is available for you immediately, with friendly service. We'll continue to be customers at this store. I highly recommend them. Take advantage of their coupons. We get them via email or text. Thanks again for your time and service!!!!!

That accusation is completely false.If you had stayed on hold long enough, rather than yelling at my “old man” employee, for my gm and I to get to the phone, then you have had an answer. There was only one driver working and he wasn’t even near you; I have reports to prove it. We are short staffed and very busy, I am sorry we could not reach you in the two minutes you were on hold. I apologize on behalf of Domino’s if that was, in fact, a Domino’s driver. However, it was not a Palatine driver. We are more than happy to show you the reports, and do not appreciate the false accusations of this location. Please let us know the make, model, and color of the car, and we would be happy to assist.
