    I love thief pizza and my wife dose to .you know the saying happy wife happy life and there pizza makes my wife happy lol.

    Great pizza. Some of the best in the Chicagoland area. Palatine location is carry out or delivery only. Staff was nice, pizza was ready within 5mins of the time I was told to arrive.

    Placed order of a small deep dish around 4:00 PM for a pick up at 6:40 PM. Didn't walk about with pizza until 7:01 PM. I understand they were busy as well, but there were people walking in after me, with much larger orders for pick up and leaving within 5 mins. Partly wonder if it was done and they just forgot it in the back while handling everyone else's order? Employees were extremely nice though and this particular Lou's was really clean and modern too.

    What can you say about Lou's? Except that it is THE best deep dish in Chicago area, bar none. I like lots of different types of pizzas but when you're ready for the best you stop into Lou's. Lots of delivery locations opening up all over the suburbs which are very good. For best or first experience go for a dine in. Will not be disappointed. If you go on a weekend around dinner time you're going to have to wait a bit.
