    The staff are really kind and efficient. We don't usually get donuts or buy coffee outside of home, so this visit was a very very nice experience and on such a terribly frigid day.

    I love this place. It seems to be always open which is great for my usual 6:30 AM arrival to the Harlem station to walk about a mile to my work! The manager is SO sweet and their customer service really makes the experience worth it for me. Not to mention I love their chai tea and Boston creme donuts. When the employees make you feel happy and as though they WANT you to be there and have a great day, it speaks volumes and makes all the difference to me. Really glad this place is the first stop after I get off the CTA. It's a great way to start my morning.
