    Great tasting HEALTHY food at reasonable prices. Ordered the BOGO Chicken Pot Pie Deal and Spicy Honey Glazed Chicken. Everything was EXCELLENT!

    I ordered the rotisserie chicken meal w/2 sides: mixed vegetables and apple crisp. Everything was good but the chicken skin wasn't crispy and the cornbread wasn't moist.

    Tried the prime rib. What a disappointment. I ate in, didn't take it home. I expected my meal to be at least warm but I was disappointed. From the mashed potatoes to the prime rib it was barely warm. At this time a year I need to eat with my coat on, its cold in the restaurant. A total negative experience.

    The food was decent. I got the roast beef with mashed potatoes and green beans. The mashed potatoes and green beans were a bit bland but the beef was great.

    As I stand here waiting on my food that is over an hour late, all I can say is this is the best most courteous staff I've dealt with in a long time. They made a mistake which unfortunately has delayed my plans but have made up for it with the service they provided after.

    There was no finger pointing or deflecting. They owned their mistake and offered to correct it without me having to ask. This is customer service done right. We all make mistakes, we just need to fix it when we do.
