Came here for a wedding and was pleasantly surprised at how nice it looked inside. It was spacious but not overwhelming. Bathrooms could be bigger but we're clean and served their purpose. Room gets LOUD with a DJ. A couple of things that made me remove 1 star. First, the parking is a bit of a hassle. You need to park by vitamin shoppe if you don't want to get towed (east side of lot) - there should be some kind of posting outside stating where people coming to the banquet can and cannot park. Instead what happened is people parked, walked to the banquet hall, went down the escalator, were greeted by a young lady who then asked where you parked. When told were they parked, many had to walk back up the stairs (this will be my 2nd point) to move their cars over to the correct location.
The second point was that the escalator going up was broken when we got there. Not sure if this was a one off or if this is a regular occurrence at this place..either way didn't look good when we got there.
Staff was friendly and everyone had a pleasant time.
