However this is definitely a, if you're super hungry and don't mind being in the hood around lower class society, place to eat at. This place could use an upgrade and a thorough cleaning or even newly renovation. Its a very small place and around this time of the year, its not a family dining place I would choose. As customers were entering and exiting, the cold draft from the door was uncomfortable and that could play a factor in the coffee and food loosing its desirable hot temperature. Staff is very wonderful Especially The waiter Carlos didn't even know his name until today that I am enjoying the food here again. Love to see young adults be humble and kind! “Really great authentic Mexican food. Staff speaks some English. Try food such as stews, moles, and stewed chicharron. Food goes best with Sidral (apple soda) and Mexican beers, sold on site. There is also a bakery on site. Jimenez has locations in Little Village and Humboldt Park in Chicago. There are foods in the market that you won't find in the Latino food section of mainstream grocers.”

“I usually go in morning for mine and kids breakfast and this place is so clean. The young girl who works early in morning is very friendly. By the time we come everything is fresh and new. She’s always smiling and my kids loves talking to her about their school days before going to school. I am their old customer. I’ve been coming to this place since 2010 and things and employees have changed. Recently, when I visited the night it wasn’t the best experience so when I stopped by in morning the young lady told me she opens at 6:30am which is a good timing for me. Before the young lady started working, we had to wait until 7:30 or 8 for the old lady and the guy to open up. Now the young lady opens early. The food is always good.”
