“Just found out about this place. Thanks to a good friend of mine. Well I got the jumbo shrimp with fries and coleslaw and the husband got 10 chicken wings with fries. Everything is cooked once you order so there's no sitting around getting old food. Thank God for that. The food is seasoned very well and very tasty. One thing I did not get was a side order of cocktail sauce or something else to go on my shrimp. The coleslaw needs help but it will do for those of you who like yours a specific way. I'm particular about coleslaw. Service is fantastic. You get it with a smile and definitely no attitude. If you haven't tried this soul-ful place, make sure you give it a try!”

“Ordered 3 piece catfish grilled in the house seasoning and salmon with 12 shrimp in lemon pepper. Excellent quality of fish, perfectly seasoned and cooked. The vegetables are mouth watering and plentiful. We are rethinking what to serve on Thanksgiving the food was so good! Staff was friendly and location very clean and nice. Thank you!”

“I placed an order for 100 buffalo and mild party wings, and i was extremely satisfied with my experience! To begin, my order was set for 6:30. At 6:32, and my phone rang with the restaurant informing me that my order was ready. When I got them home to the party, everyone was pleased because the food was DELICIOUS!! Great job, No Cobbs!!!!!”

“I went here the other day and I personally asked for the chef to come out and meet me because the food was amazing! I will definitely be back as long as she's the cook!! However I wish the server would have told me more about the exact prices because my friend ordered 50 cent wings and the bill was way more because they charge a dollar for sauce (Not cool) and if you order more than 5 they charge 2 dollars for sauce. I didn't like that at all Also Karaoke was okay but the speakers are bad and you can't be too close without them messing up. As I reviewed the menu the Prices are pretty high for certain things as well! But I'll go back for 50 cent wings and dollar tacos and just remember they really aren't 50 cent!”

“Rubys is the best soul food in the south suburbs and I tried them all They Beat Sabrina and the others. They fill your plate up. Prices about the same but you do get way more delicious tasting food. Staff have wonderful attitudes. And they give you a card. “Came here for the first time this week and didn’t even realize Ya Mon had closed. We have been eating at Ya Mon for years but I had a taste for jerk so I just decided to still order from here because I already drove there. The jerk chicken was amazing. Even better than expected. I can literally drink their jerk sauce. Customer service was ok, the owners were bickering but I am not looking for 5star customer service from a takeout place- just really good food. And that’s what I got. My boyfriend liked the oxtails. Definitely worth it!!”
