“Placed my order online. That was easy. I was able to track my order and it was delivered 40 mins after i placed my order just like they estimated. Food was really good and warm. My only critique is that one of the pizzas was missing a topping that we paid extra for. When I called to notify them of the mistake the girl who answered was very polite and apologetic. They offered to send out a new pizza at no extra charge or to credit us for one on our next order.”

Drove to the store and talked to the manager who informed me their phones have been out for over a week! Who can run a business like that? Anyway, upon ordering, they didn't have the bread needed for the sandwich i ordered . While waiting. .noticed it is ~$10 for a sandwich now! REALLY!! I haven't been to Panera in a while...but left, less than impressed.”

“The atmosphere is very chill & hip - there's writing on the walls and furniture. I was in a party of three on a Monday evening and had the special of 3 lbs of combo seafood. It includes crawfish, whole shrimp, clams, a crab leg, sausage, potato, and corn. It fed us well, but we were hungry for more crab leg so we ordered an extra lb. Expect it to be messy, but they do offer gloves. Overall, the food was great! The staff was friendly, and it wasn't super busy but was lively for a Monday night.”

It couldn't have been a happier accident. The portions are incredible, and the flavor and creativity of the dishes meet up to the same standard. The atmosphere is homey and cozy and so comfortably familiar you are immediately at home. The menu, however, has so much creativity and promise that you can't even decide where to begin. You don't really pick what to eat, you just try to winnow down between ALL of the choices that think you absolutely must try. We live 150 miles away and are already planning on stopping in on every future trip to Chicago. ????”
