My experiences here have been the best in a long time. The inside is clean and well organized and the staff works really hard to take care of all their customers. “Stopped by today because we were in the area. The donut I got was big Fluffy and delicious, and my boyfriend also enjoyed his old-fashioned glazed. The staff was very friendly and nice, no issues with service at all. But the coffee is so overpriced and bitter. I had high hopes for this little shop. Very cute decor and everything and the donuts are beautiful. Over $20 for 2 lattes though is insane.”

“I generally have good sandwiches here but occasionally I get one with weird condiment/meat ratios or lopsided sandwiches. Not enough to not go back or take away more than one star. The ingredients are good and fresh and you write out your whole order yourself. No more waiting in line behind that indecisive guy (Chipotle!) who has no idea what he wants and is thinking out loud as he goes along. That guy gets to sit in the fill-out area and think over his order while everyone else can go ahead. Shakes are also delicious and prices are good.”

Drove to the store and talked to the manager who informed me their phones have been out for over a week! Who can run a business like that? Anyway, upon ordering, they didn't have the bread needed for the sandwich i ordered . While waiting. .noticed it is ~$10 for a sandwich now! REALLY!! I haven't been to Panera in a while...but left, less than impressed.”
