I ordered the jerk tilapia dinner w/ plantains and rice and beans. Good portions, delicious flavor. Very well done. Took awhile but it's worth the wait knowing it was cooked fresh. Only drawback, no available menus nor not a wide variety of combo dinners. Other than that, good food at good price.”

“Went at breakfast time & was pleasantly surprised they were even open because I just found out that they're open for breakfast...lol..Yeah I know...better late than never, but anyway I went to buy a 6 inch sub & chopped salad for my lunch & afternoon snack ahead of time, which was cool & the employee on duty was very nice & greeted you upon entry. My only issue was that the bread wasn't ready for the subs yet... so I got my 6 inch roast beef on flat bread instead of the roll which wasn't that big of a deal. I didn't need all the carbs anyway ????. I enjoyed my food????”

“Pretty good food but still an inferior knockoff of Culver's. Burger patties somewhat fattier and thinner than Culver's (too thin if only getting a single), but you do get a lot of good shoestring fries with seasoning with your meal. Tables so close together you can't even walk between them and feel like you're sitting on top of everyone else. They have combo meals but no value meals like Culver's. The best pickles. If getting single burger ask to hold the steak seasoning or it may be too salty. You have to ask specifically to add vegetables to kid's burger even if you say everything on it. Frozen custard also good (vanilla, chocolate, or half and half).”

“This is one of the best Potbelly's I have visited! We are vegetarians and upon telling the staff someone whom I believed to be the manager stepped in and informed the sandwich maker. The sandwich maker was handling another customer so she ended up making it herself and changed her gloves,knife and cleaned the area down. She had impeccable customer service which reflected in the other staff members as well.”

“Meal & bucket combos are always good, always add slaw, corn & biscuits to make a fuller meal. Staff are generally friendly, eager to help, get my order right, are fast & make suggestions to save me money & help me get a better combo deal. The only drawback is that the temp inside is kept cool during the winter so makes dining in too chill--otherwise, I do din in during the rest of the year.”

Since we all like Real Urban, we decided to give it a chance. We're glad we did. We didn't get any of their BBQ dishes, but we did have their char-broiled burger with fries. The burger was delicious.
