Honey Berry Pancakes and Cafe

I have been a fan of this establishment since it opened. However, I have watched the service diminish along with the food quality. This location has a packed waiting area despite very few tables being full. I don’t know if they have a staffing issue or inexperienced staff. Also, I have seen a marked change in food quality. I have come here every weekend since they started their soft opening, but the service and food quality have reduced weekly. Recently a 20% mandatory gratuity was implemented; however, I was in the establishment for one hour and thirty minutes. Not because I wanted to be but because the service is so bad. I had to send food back, which I never do because of the quality. If you will charge the prices you do and force me to pay the 20% gratuity I typically pay, please give me quality food and great service. I have stopped ordering as much coffee because it tastes horrible, and I don't order your specialty drinks because they are not made well. Every time we come, I expect to spend at least $150, but why should I continue spending that much on lackluster service and food? I have faith in this place but they have to get it together.

Good food and flavors will be back again to try out other items. A little bit pricey but food is good.

Food was good and my server Edwin was very friendly. I can’t forget Ms Jasmine also a server there and she had great service and spirit. They totally revamped the previous restaurant. The decor was very nice and match the theme of the restaurant. However, be prepared to wait for about 30 minutes. But I think that it is worth the wait. I had country fried steak.

Great staff, Eris, the waiter, was excellent. I had the Rumchata French Toast, great choice! The menu had a huge amount of interesting sounding choices that make you look forward to your next visit!

Very impressed with this new restaurant that opened in Lansing. The menu has variety of items to choose from. We ordered a Buffalo chicken and southwest wrap with fries. Everything was delicious and the service was friendly and great. We will definitely return!
