The owner, Michelle, is an amazing coach. As a certified trainer and coach myself, I highly recommend her services. There's a lot more to Optimum Wellness than the shakes and the teas, which are very delicious by the way. You're getting an amazing coaching, nutrition guidance, and an amazing community of people with the same common goal, and that's to be healthy and active. Guys, if you're reading this and you're serious about a Health goal, give her a chance. I promise you won't be disappointed.
Hands down the Best Herbal Life shakes I've had. And I've been to several in the area. Shakes are always consistent and have the best taste, plus the prices are reasonable. The owner and staff are always professional and welcoming. You won't be disappointed!!!
Everytime I've been there the atmosphere is always warm and inviting. The staff is professional and knowledgeable on health and fitness. I love how the shop always changes Specialty Shake Flavors each month. It shows their range on great flavors. The Herbalife products are great for weight loss. The Teas are refreshing on a hot summer day! The Blue Bombshell is my favorite. I will definitely recommend and return again.
I love this place! The staff here is very knowledgeable and they answered all my questions... and I had a lot! This club is very clean and very bright inside and it even smells like cookies inside! The list of shakes that I could choose from is amazing! Who knew that you could have so many to choose from. I can’t wait to come back and get my neck shake. Great place to hang out learn about living a fit life style and try a bunch of different healthy drinks. So far the post work out recovery drink and the teas are my favorite! You can also meet ppl to buddy up with as you step next door for a boot camp class.
