I recently moved to Georgia and I miss you Wing Wah :( the Chinese food here is nothing like yours. So flavorful and delicious.. great prices and portions. The fried rice and lo mein are my favorite. Crab rangoon is to die for. Send me some food! When I'm in town for Christmas I'm totally stopping in!

Wing Wah catered my grandma's birthday party. Everything was really good and done well. Two of my favorite dishes particularly was the salt and pepper shrimp and their lobster. To give you an example of how you can tell this place is really good versus other places, the fried pieces of chicken for the sweet and sour was taken out of the fryer at exactly the right time. Most places, fry their chicken too long which results in hard pieces. Wing Wah's had the the first layer crunch but still a tender bite, which tells you they really take care of each order. It's only about a 30 second window of knowing when to take it out of the fryer for that perfection. Lastly, over the years my grandma has ordered from them and they are nice people who appreciate their customers and have consistently made quality food for folks around Arlington Heights.
