I always come to this place and love their food but today i was disappointed with their worker. Everytime i come to this place i leave a tip but today i didnt and this old tall skinny man stopped me at the door saying why didnt you tip me you never do its the manner, as far as i remember ive only seen him once working and ive tipped him and in my opinion tipping is optional what if i didnt like their service or did not enjoy their food? You do not have to tip if you don’t want to or can’t and they cant make you! I am really disappointed no one ever stopped me at the door and made me tip them!
Good services good pho. I love there coffe.
One of the best places to get Vietnamese cuisine. Addictive pho. Don't forget to get sauces when you are ordering take out. Singapore fried rice is good too.
It was OK. Very limited vegan options for a Vietnamese restaurant, but staff was sweet and friendly. Building and restaurant is clean and modern. Had 2 mistakes with our food, which is bad for any restaurant, and this was after repeatedly stating diet restrictions and asking questions. The food was fine, no complaints. Sadly, wouldn't recommend to other vegans but I would to non-vegan! The soups have no vegan option, all of them are made with beef broth, which I was bummed about.
Taste: I would give 4/5, only because there are more authentic viet food out there that are more rich and deep in flavor. Otherwise, this place food tastes just fine, simple, and clean!
Location: Close to Arlington heights lib/local cafes. Great place to grab quick meal after study or work.
Service: the staff here are friendly & makes sure that your request are being met.
Open & Clean. Good place for casual meet up. I never been here during busy hours but usually its quite and chill.
