“Becca is a gem and I love her! She is always so friendly and quick! I genuinely enjoy this Starbucks and their staff. However, there are two women who work the drive-through often and their customer service is less than satisfactory. I am not sure why but every time they are working it is like I am talking to myself. I say hi, I don’t get a response. I ask for napkins, I don’t get a response. This makes me feel like I am wasting my time and money. I have never had a problem but recently this happens every other day.”

“Not only is this the best DD around but coming from a Northbrook resident I have been driving a couple miles down every day since this location opened up. This place not only has superb people but phenomenal customer service do please keep up the great work and hands down you guys are my favorite location and am grateful to be your every morning customer. Who greatly wouldn't appreciate superb customer service along with acknowledgement right in the morning...I know I do =)”
