“Becca is a gem and I love her! She is always so friendly and quick! I genuinely enjoy this Starbucks and their staff. However, there are two women who work the drive-through often and their customer service is less than satisfactory. I am not sure why but every time they are working it is like I am talking to myself. I say hi, I don’t get a response. I ask for napkins, I don’t get a response. This makes me feel like I am wasting my time and money. I have never had a problem but recently this happens every other day.”

“This is my favorite Starbucks to date! Centered in the heart of Arlington Heights, the location is perfect. It's within walking distance of the nearby condominiums, restaurant, train station and a lot more. The staff at this Starbucks is one of the best. They'll spark up a brief chat, while they make your drink. And when you're looking for a recommendation, they got you covered. If you got time before the train or visiting the area, I highly recommend this Starbucks!”

“Often good food, but some issues I have are: 1) Meat and cheese are cold on breakfast sandwiches (even though the bun and egg are hot). Probably a Panera franchise issue, but still annoying that I have to go and use the microwave before I eat. 2) NOISY! and I don't mean the customers. The business phone (and/or food alarms?) ring and no one answers. It rings incessantly, and excessively loud, for 15-20 times before the person hangs up or an employee answers. AND if you sit anywhere within a 20-foot radius of the pick up counter, you have to listen to the constant buzzing of the pick up buzzer until it shuts off after 2 minutes. But then the next customer comes and you have to be interrupted again. Not conducive to getting any work in.”
