“Staff is helpful and friendly, and food is always good. It's one of the few places around here that has teenage employees who are rude. Lou's has the best deep dish around hands down. We get ours with the butter crust well done and oh my gosh is it amazing!!!! Tiramisu is delicious. Love the house salad and homemade ranch. Their thin crust pizza is so delicious as well. Crust is always delicious and crispy. Great and easy for a quick and amazing meal!”

“We decided to order pizza for my daughter's first birthday party and I shopped around for the best price out of all of the top rated pizza places in the area. Italian villa had the best deal so we went with them. I called a few days ahead to pace the order to be delivered at 11:30 on a Sunday. I'm assuming the owner was the person I was speaking to. She reluctantly told me that they don't open until 4 on Sunday's but then quickly said "but I'll have my husband open up early!" The pizzas arrived on time, correct and hot. And everybody was taking about how good it was! This is now our go to pizza place. Thank you.”

I've come here a number of times with a group of 5-10 people, and we're always able to get a reservation on short notice. the menu is fantastic, and they have a gluten free menu as well. “I have a disability that most can not see and thus requires me to have a service dog, at first she was questioned and I thought here we go again.. my travel had been challenging already. When the staff realized she indeed was a service dog immediately they apologized and was willing to admit that they were not as trained on service animals as they thought they were and was more then willing to learn. And then to top my evening off they took care of my meal for my inconvenience! This was not expected but meant a lot to me to know that they were sincere in understanding so that others in my position can be approached in a manner that allows people like me to live as normal as life as possible allowing the service dogs to help us and not hinder our lives. Thank you so much for your compassion and making the rest of my long trip to be a good memory! See you guys next trip!”
