That's a city deal which I think is bs so you can't fault them for the cities stupidity on how they treat truck drivers. I had no issue with PD and they do check the lot. “Normally, I would recommend this location. I love Panera bread. However, the last two time I have ordered from here, I have been disappointed. This past weekend, I had a house full of people. We ordered and picked up the order from the Addison location. About 1/3 of our food was missing when we got home, even after the "checker" went through the bags twice! They had to deliver the rest of the food, but it took another hour and there was no apology. The guy who delivered said "I couldn't find your house." Another occasion, today, I waited about 25 minutes for a Rapid Pickup order (guaranteed in 8 minutes). Yes, they were busy, but a lot of other patrons, who were below my name on the "Preparing" list received their orders before I did. VERY disappointing. I will think twice before ordering next time from this location.”
