“My husband and I popped in for a late night pho and we were not disappointed…might I say that it was pho-ntastic 😏 the space is aesthetically pleasing and very clean. The staff was welcoming and walked us through the menu. I ordered the Pho Filet but asked for it to be spicy and my husband ordered the Pho Nam, Gan sach with brisket, tendon, and replaced the tripe with filet. The pho came with a large plate of vegetables, bean sprouts, jalapeños and parsley. My pho was delicious but not spicy at all, even when I added the bowl of chili oil I asked for. My husband enjoyed his as well but man oh man, expect about 50% tendon content! Besides those two things, the food was delicious and the servings were quite large for the price! We will definitely be returning!”

“I have a few set places I go for burgers and this one is a staple. Their food is fresh and plentiful for the price (2 burgers and fries with soft drinks is about $25). Excellent welcoming atmosphere with a classic pub feel. The owner is amazing and the service is equally impressive. I recommend the steak bites, but keep the plate to dip your burger in!”

It took our service 13 min for her to get my friends drink and I too is...shoot our food came out before them. It doesn’t stop there as we wait patiently for over 15 min for our server to even take a glance at us because we wanted more drinks she went on about taking care of the other guest. Now I have worked as a hostess, server and bartender I have worked my way up and I know how things can get. But it was a s low night. And there were 2 other servers there was no reason for the horrible service!!!!”

“I'm giving Al's a 4 for now. A while back I wasn't impressed. Seemed to get my orders wrong and the pizza just didn't measure up to the location in Cicero. So I was on a break for well over a year. One day decide to give it a shot mainly because I really don't want a chain pizza or what I call "Vacation " pizza. I'm glad I did because it was really really good. Took advantage of their 2 pizza deal one Monday night and was very pleased. I will still argue that they call it toppings for a reason, pepperoni should be one top. Not underneath...lol But that's my opinion. Have been back twice and same great experience.”
