“My girlfriend went to a compleatly different Starbucks and they messed her drink up. I went here and told them what happened not expecting to get anything remade or refunded, however the manager did remake the drink and did not charge me for it. I've been coming to this Starbucks since it first opened and will continue to come to this one for ever. The customer service is always perfect and they never make a bad drink. “I go to this Starbucks because they always make my order correct now that we can’t pour our own creams and sugars. I order a tall iced coffee no classic syrup 2 splendas with 1/2 half and half. NIKKI was great! She offered to make me a drink to try an Iced decaf breve latte for free to try and see if it tasted the same. It did! She said it was easier to order that way and comes decaf ( I nurse I only get a little one to not get so much caffeine ) I was just blown away that she offered that and to help me so times to come I can correctly get what I really want! “1/21/19. My first day at work and a friend from out of state was kind enough to venmo me some money to treat myself to some coffee. Stopped through the drive thru at this location the way home and was craving some iced coffee. The employee apologized that their machine was down. I truly wasn't upset - I didn't plan on the coffee to begin with so I was happy with pretty much anything. I opted for a hot chocolate. Drove over to pay, and the employee again apologized, and offered a free donut in return. I said a jelly donut would be great. I paid and collected my drink and bag and drove home, happy to enjoy my spontaneous treat after a good long day. Only then did I see that I was given two jelly donuts. Sir, I never got your name but you are truly one of a kind.”
