Jersey Mike's Subs

The staff are amazing. I've been to a few Jersey Mike's while visiting family down south, and the staff at those locations weren't nearly as nice as the people here. The food was excellent, too. They were also really nice about customizing my sub. Overall, we had an excellent experience.

Ask the food worker who's making your food to wash his hands. I realized this after I had him make my food. I saw him cough into his hands and continue assembling sandwiches. Good grief. Common sense right? But as a food service manager myself I notice details like this. So I'll go back because of the food but I'll politely ask them to wash their hands before.

Staff is consistent and friendly. Sometimes it is packed, but the line moves quick. I prefer visiting sub shops that slice everything fresh. I have had subs, hot sandwiches, and wraps...all equally good. Small but adequate seating area. I enjoy that they have a loyalty program and that you can use tap-to-pay.
