“Pizza done right. I have tried about a dozen pizza places since I moved to Southern Illinois and have generally been disappointed by them. But this review isn't about those places. Load Em Up does not take short cuts. I was lucky enough to try a few pizzas. The meat lovers is loaded. I recommend eating it with two hands. The Philly Cheesesteak is like no pizza I've ever had before. The flavors combined with the crust made me a believer that some sandwiches can be better as pizzas. And the chicken pizza is going to get me disowned. Growing up in Chicago I never would have dreamed of liking a white sauced pizza but here we are. It was delicious. I also tried the cinnamon dessert pizza and it was just like a CinnaBon. Service is quick and the beer is cold. Not much more you can ask for. I didn't get to try the sandwiches but will next time.”

“Enjoyed every moment of my experience there. Waitresses were amazing having to deal with a very curious 2 year old. The manager/owner did take care of us without an issue. We were enjoying our experience so much that we were shocked to have gotten free appetizers for our wait (we had no clue that we waiting so long). A tad more expensive than we would have hoped for but certainly worth it.”

“I live about 4 blocks away from this Circle K. I walked over to grab a Polar Pop, and I had forgot to pick the money up to pay for my drink on the way out the door. As soon as I got there and realized my mistake after fixing my drink, Dustin, the employee working, paid for my drink and just let me take it home. “Breakfast was okay, not hot. The Frisco Sourdough bread was not like ours in Iowa. This just tasted like grilled Texas Toast. When they made the sandwich, they put 2 slices of ham on half of the bread and a folded egg on the other half. So you either got a bite of ham or egg but not together. RESTROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN!”

The service can get a bit slow sometimes, but other than that it is wonderful. The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is even better.”
