We were looking to get at a regular meal not a sandwich or today’s special spaghetti, so drank our drinks and bought pieces of pie. Service was slow for only 5 people and my pie tasted over a week old. Unless you want sandwiches or a special, then look around.”

“This place is the real deal. I've had BBQ all across Texas from El Paso to Big Bend to Dallas and this place hits it on the head. The brisket has a thick smoke ring and perfect bark. The sauce highlighted the flavors and didn't overpower the meat. Potato salad was full of flavor and had a great zing. Lastly the peach cobbler tasted like it had just come out of a Dutch oven over an open fire. I would track them down as soon as possible and support a delicious local business”

“Drove 1.5 hours to play 27 holes. Overall was very satisfied and impressed by the course, will certainly be back. The greens, fairways, and tee boxes were, for the most part, in fantastic conditions. About 3/4 roughs were also in amazing shape but the 1/4 was far from great. The bunkers were hit or miss, some were as you would expect from a higher end course and others not. At the end of the day there was one thing I could not get over, which is the piss poor mowing job by the teenage kid. He could not make straight lines to save his life, cut at an even height, and left mowhaks on basically every tee box.”
