The Shrimp Barn

This local gem serves some great seafood dishes and appetizers, try the Gator bites to start and don't pass up the lobster bisque. Crab cakes are great, as are the scallops and grouper. Cooked to order and served hot.

It was good and the people were very friendly. We went on Taco Tuesday because I love fish tacos and I had fish and shrimp tacos and they were very good.

The Shrimp Barn was well worth the trip.
Very nice atmosphere. The staff were all very pleasant. The food was excellent. Definitely will be back.

This place is awesome! Chef Rob greeted us and gave us a quick history of the building which was fascinating and something we had no idea about. He also brought out complimentary apple cinnamon fritters and buttered bread. BUT THE FOOD. I had the ceasar salad and crab cake and my husband had the lobster bisque and grouper. We both had to take a minute to ourselves to savor what had to be the best seafood we have ever had. The crab was pure crab, no filler, and the grouper was lightly breaded and fried. It was crisp and delicate. We will be seeing Chef Rob on a regular basis for the foreseeable future.

What a cute little restaurant. Food was great. I took my food to go due to a snow storm and i was in a hotel. They do deliver however I didnt want to make kids drive in that snow. Good is excellent I will be back
