Minooka Basement Bar & Grill- Banquets

We’ve been dying to try this new place and it definitely did not disappoint!! Two appetizers and a kids meal were all a huge hit! Service was great. We will most definitely be back and tell others.

Kids loved the ice cream scoop that comes with the kids meal and portions were huge very reasonablly priced

Cool, laid-back, sports bar atmosphere (4 big-screen TVs at the bar, 4 other big-screen TVs in the dining area)... and the food is excellent! The steak bites appetizer is great; it comes on/with a salad; it was cooked perfectly; and the steak itself was great. The house salad ($5!) is huge & delicious. The Grilled Chicken Bruschetta was also excellent.

Unfortunately, the beer selection is weak, at best. The only IPA on the night we were there was a low-rated IPA (Rwvolution Anti-Hero)

Food is AMAZING. I had the Sotana Burger but I asked for bacon on it as well because it is unlawful to have an egg without bacon. The fries were REALLY good, so I was thrilled! They give you a really big portion and the burgers were HUGE, I included my head for scale as I forgot my banana.

They don't have Dr. Pepper, Mr. Pibb or root beer, and that was a bit disappointing. Not gonna lie, when we first walked in I almost regretted chosing this place for lunch as it looks and feels like...a *gasp* basment. BUT everyone was REALLY nice and the food was superb.

My mom loved her Shrimp Poor Boy and my sis loved her smash burger (she added onion straws).

We will be back for sure!

We brought our family here for dinner tonight. The food was amazing! We had the skirt steak, mile high meatloaf, shrimp scampi, and grilled salmon. Everything was delicious. I also highly recommend the strawberry mojito. Save room for the ooey gooey cookie sundae! Best meal out we’ve had in a while. We will be back!

This place is amazing! We came in for lunch today and the food is top notch. I had the shrimp pasta and my husband had the double smash burger. Both options were excellently portioned and absolutely delicious. For an appetizer we had the steak bites, they are so good! The prickly pear Margarita is an absolute must try! The staff and service was great. We will definitely be going back since I failed to take a picture of my Margarita.
