“5 stars of fabulous host for inviting 4 of us in for breakfast.”

“Conflicting tendencies. Some years better than others. Currently pretty good. Corn is less "tin can" flavored than some years. Overall pretty good food with nice variety of options. Nice atmosphere if buses are not unloaded. Sweet rolls, salad bar, and sides are better than entree meats.”

“The food was good, there was a good variety to choose from and a great kids menu. Pretty much the only place to eat in Nauvoo while we were there in the "off" season. The food and the service still would be a great choice if the town were full of fast food restaurants!”

“Great place for a sandwich! Menu was simple but fine for us. My chicken salad was delicious!! My husband’s hamburger was excellent. I don’t say that very often about a burger. And their soft serve ice cream was exceptionally good too... seriously! Clean. Very friendly owner. Another local business recommended it highly and they were right. Glad we stopped in!”

“Spectacular!!!! I real treat out here. So delicious it made my taste buds dance and sing!! I've got to memorize the hours of when they are open and when they are not. There is no broken heart like that of craving this food and showing up and they are not open.”

“So cozy! We held a birthday party there and the kids had so much fun! I highly recommend The Children’s Workshop. Also at pumpkin walk they were selling the most delicious quiche and baked goods. We went back twice to get more that night!”

“Situated smack in the middle of downtown Nauvoo. Delicious pastries and soft serve ice cream. Jellies, jams, hot sauces, and fruit spreads are available as well. The bread, if fresh, is very good. It seems lack of foot traffic makes for low/old stock later in the day. An ideal breakfast spot, though. Definitely a must if visiting the Nauvoo area.”
