Bricks Wood Fired Pizza - West Dundee

Very good pizza done the authentic way they make pizza in Naples.

*Update:* The manager called me the next day and was very apologetic. I really appreciated that and will give Bricks and second chance.*

I'm not one to leave reviews, but after my first and only experience at Bricks I feel as though I need to share. I ordered a pizza, appetizer and sandwich through door dash. When my pizza arrived it was not what I ordered, the bread bites were basically toasted French bread with no garlic, olive oil or parmesan cheese, and the sandwich wasn't even wrapped (half of it fell out). I called to complain and the girl who answered said "oh okay, thank you, bye." I actually was laughing because I couldn't believe what just happened. Then I called back and asked to speak to the manager, the guy on the phone which I did not get his name said that I could come and pick up the correct order. I declined, because the food could not be any better than what was delivered and I just wanted them to be aware of their mistake. Then the manager asked for my name, which I gave, but did not ask for a phone number or a last name. At this point I knew this was going no where, so I ended the conversation. Overall I would never order from this establishment again and would be sure not to suggest it to anyone. My dogs really enjoyed the "gourmet" bread bites though.

Good wood fire pizza.

The pepperoni and banana pepper pizza was absolutely delicious. This place is a hidden gem. Going back Definitely!!!
