Came here with my boyfriend Brock, who’s worked behind the scenes of this place, talked very highly of it and it did not disappoint! Food was wonderful, atmosphere was refreshing and clean! Anthony was my server, amazing, very friendly, and fast! Definitely coming back if he’s my server!
The bionic chicken sandwich is huge! Lots of bacon. It came with a side of au jus. The honey mustard on the side was really thick, we thought it was mayo.Hubby had the bionic burger. We both had enough left over for a 2nd meal. Really nice patio area & bar. Restaurant has comfortable seating, service was great.
The food was excellent. Huge portions we can to take home leftovers. Worth the wait. Service was great out server was very friendly. And had a blast joking around with. Atmosphere was great. Very clean and friendly great pla e to watch sports can see a TV just about anywhere you sit. We will be back very soon
I have not been to the Original Assembly in Hoffman Estates in about 20 years. I always remember that as being a great place to eat. I was thrilled when I saw this location opened. I have to say that it was just average. I had the bionic burger. Presentation was great. The pretzel bun was okay (kinda hard). The bacon was plentiful but tough to chew. Sautéed onions were very good. The patty was large and cooked to medium like I asked. Not a whole lot of taste or seasoning but not bad. (Average) Lots of employees. So many they are just standing around by the bar. We did have two jumbo pretzels as an appetizer. Not very jumbo. Even Rookies has a bigger pretzel. Figured something was up when they asked if you want a second one for 2 bucks. Lastly I thought the price was a bit high. 18 bucks for a burger. I think that pricey for an average burger. They do charge 3% if you use a debit or charge card. Would I go back? Probably not for burgers. The Tracks in Cary I still think has an outstanding burger and more cost effective.
Got the Blu cheese burger. Enjoyed it but felt the burger could have been a little juicer. I ordered it slightly pink but felt it was a little overcooked. Best sweet potato fries I ever had!!! Will definitely return. Great service.
