Beef Shack

The drive from Oak Lawn was worth it.
One of the best beefs of my life! I forgot to order it wet, but it doesn’t need it at all. Delicious and perfectly spiced. My husband got the burger and fries which was also delicious. Young man at the counter was super friendly too. Definitely coming back to try the other menu items. Hope to see more locations pop up!

I love my grilled onions, but sometimes the grilled onions are still a little crunchy at times. If you can cook them at least 30 seconds longer during the busy hours and not so many at once maybe they may be cooked better. And maybe add a little seasoning like garlic salt, or even all season to the onions it will make the dog taste better. I do that at home and it is really good. But instead of all season sprinkle a little Abdoul to it. It's not as salty as all season but you get the flavors of the other seasonings. And makes the dogs and burgers much better tasting. But don't use too much.

Quite the upgrade from the old location. Nice and airy feeling. Beef is good, fries are tasty, chicken sandwich was just okay. 1 dollar shakes on Saturdays is cool.

Had a full-sized beef sandwich and it was tasty, but not filling. Fries were okay and greasy as expected. The old Beef Shack around here several years ago had some great stuff, but now it feels a little lacking. Great service and free space within the restaurant, yet rough car parking space outside.
