Starbucks

I'm a regular Starbucks customer. My usual Starbucks is temporarily closed. I have been to this one 3 times, place my order on the app. All 3 times my order had not even been started nor was it completed on time, when I walked in. I had to wait all 3 times for a cup of tea.

Great location for a Starbucks!

I really liked the location of this particular Starbucks store because it’s off of Randall Road and really close to Costco. The staff was really friendly and the environment was both very relaxing and charming. There were clearly people in the cafe that were working remotely which is always a good sign to me.

Inside service was a little slow, but it was morning rush. Coffee was received as ordered. They didn't ask if I wanted my scone heated. Normally I don't heat it, but today I thought I would. They either need one more person working, or the guy who was diddling around with coffee bags could actually work. It's Starbucks, you get what you get here.
