“This restaurant reminds me of Steak and Shake. Staff was friendly and place was clean. Sitting area felt a bit to tight (like packed sardines). The floorplan layout is not well planned (felt like a running back trying move pass scrimmage line) Door getting into restaurant, ordering food, waiting for orders, filling up drinks and restrooms are are literally next to each other. Food and custard picked up areas are at different locations and not obvious. I did love the hamburger buns, crunchy on outside yet soft and warm on the inside. Chili cheese fries were yummy and were better than most who offer them. Portions of the food is a bit on the lighter side.”

“I dropped in this evening and got 4 tacos, 2 carne asada with everything and 2 Al pastor with everything. I also got a torta de carne asada. The girl who took my order was sweet and genuine! I ordered my food and was told it would be 10 minutes. There was one other guy waiting on his order there so I didn’t mind waiting. The wait was not as long as the previous comments made it seem.. it’s ONE guy in there cooking so I was understanding. Besides, I want fresh food anyway lol now for the food: Torta de carne asada w/ everything: 10/10! The bread they use is different. It’s like a French bread but I LOVED it. It was super cheesy and full of flavor! My tacos de carne asada were just that, simple and tasty. If you want a decent taco this will suffice! The al Pastor was a 4/10 for me.. I wasn’t a big fan. All in all, I will be back for that torta! Im glad I dropped in before reading the reviews. The food was better than what they’re rated at!”

“The salad bar here is excellent so much to choose from. The waitress was very nice. Ore good is always great here. It's a little difficult to noticefrom the street and a little hidden away but we'll worth seeking this restaurant out. The prices are great and the amount of food you get for the price is amazing. Its never really busy or overcrowded. It would be a great place for a daily get together...it's kid friendly and the atmosphere is Awesome”

“The long lines, around the store and inside should tell you how popular they are. The teamwork is great to see. The only thing I would like to see it the coffee be ready for pick up at the " pick-up" area so the order area does not get over congested. Employees are always courteous.”

“First time going here and won't be my last. Ordered two burger combos. Order arrived fast and the prices were on par with other fast food places. The burgers were juicy, bacon wasn't too crispy (hard) and the lettuce was fresh and crisp. Only let down was the size of the fries. (perhaps it was the small size and hopefully they offer larger sizes). When I got home the food was still hot, unlike Burger King which is cooled down by the time I get back home The employees were friendly too.”

“Several people this particular evening had been waiting almost 20-30 minutes for their food and still messes up their orders. The manager openly said in front of customers and employees that they had to be more careful since it was the third refund she had given that night. People would end up with the wrong persons orders and had to trade with other customers in the dining area. The register kid had ear buds in while taking orders, which the manager could obviously see since they were not hidden. Not a word was mentioned to remove them.”
