Café Zupas

Well above average for a chain. Good sandwiches, creative salads, tasty soups. Our group included 2 adults and children ages 5, 9, 11 - and all enjoyed their meal. Only 'average' was one of the kid's grilled cheese sandwich which was too dry and bland. Next time I will ask them to add avocado or tomato to moisten it a bit and perhaps cilandro or salsa to add depth to flavor. n their defense, it was the kids grill cheese and some kids like cheese an bread.)

I’m ALWAYS extremely satisfied. Not only with the food, but the customer service is outstanding. It’s very rare nowadays where you walk into an establishment where the entire staff is so obviously in love with their job. There is such clear chemistry between all of the coworkers and their customers which makes for a very extremely pleasant dining experience. The environment is beyond welcoming. The food is ALWAYS delicious and warm. The staff is always accommodating to anything we need. I rate the food and service beyond expectations!!

New favorite for a quick bowl of homemade Hot Soup! Highly recommend, prices are decent too. Menu is hard to read so it takes a little time in line - maybe its just my eyes, but it won't stop me from coming in!

The food was very delicious! Everything on the sandwich was fresh and the soup was very good as well. It's nice that they let you try a sample of the soup, because I ended up getting the seasonal soup that they had and I would not have gotten it had I not tried it before hand. The staff was all friendly as well. As far as fast food restaurants go this is at the top of my list.

This was my first time to Zupas. I tried the Red Spice Lobster soup and it was pretty good. My only complaint is that it felt a bit too salty, but its all preference. They even give you bread and since it’s Christmas time, they hand out strawberries with chocolate as well which is part of the meal. Zupas definitely offers some competition like Panera Bread and other similar places.
