Excellent service while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. Very courteous and accommodating. Excellent food. Outstanding spirits. Nice clean bathrooms.

Heavy metal, beer, and amazing burgers lead the way at this unique experience of a restaurant. Come for the fried pickles and stay for the Neurosis burger! Grab one of 20+ draught beers and tap your hands and feet to the beat while taking in music videos and cult classic movies on the TV screens. A word of caution; if you are looking for quiet conversation over dinner, consider another destination.

The burgers here are epic! My guess is if you're reading the reviews you already figured that out. My experience was a little different... I brought my parents here for dinner (aged 79 and 84). My Mom uses a walker and, let's just say, my folks were a little out of their element. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating- from the hostess that held the door open when we walked in to the patience of our server. Our burgers and mac-n-cheese were outstanding! We rolled out of there fat and happy. Thank you to the hostess and manager (I think?) that held the doors open for us on the way out, and thank you to one of the guys that came out from the back to help my Mom get into the car. Thank you all so much! My parents had a great time!

One of the best burgers I’ve had, hands down!!

If you’re looking for a great spot to grab a bite to eat, and don’t mind a bit of heavy metal music, this is the place for you. They have amazing food, especially the burgers, and the service is great too.

However you should be warned, they buy into their heavy metal theme pretty heavily, so if this isn’t for you, I wouldn’t recommend coming here to eat. But apart from this, this restaurant has some of the best food and service that I’ve seen in a long time.

Kuma’s does 4 things, as I see it:
1) Really good burgers
2) Very good Mac and cheese
3) Very good beer selection
4) Heavy metal

If that’s what you’re looking for, this is your spot. I was not disappointed. I sat at the bar and had great service, a good beer and a very good burger. It does take a little time, but that appears to be because they cook your food after you order it — like they should. Portions were generous. No complaints.

If you’re looking for a place that has pre-made heart-shaped frozen pizzas that they’ll warm up for your kids to eat while you listen to Kenny G, this is not your place. It also isn’t trying to be that place. Kuma’s knows what it is and is trying to be the best version of that it can be.
