CRISP & GREEN

I had the Seoul Bowl. It started out good then once I got to the middle the rice became hard as if it wasn’t cooked properly. The tofu was burnt and dry altered the taste so I ate around all of that. Other than the rice and tofu the bowl was tasty.

What an awesome healthy eatery! Their menu of salad varieties are sure to please almost everybody, but there's a build-your-own option if you want to customize your meal beyond just substitutions. We're huge fans of the "Thai and Stop Me" and the "Crispy Teriyaki" (which I hope becomes a regular menu item instead of just seasonal).

The restaurant itself is neat, clean, and well lit. It's worth noting that indoor seating is limited, which isn't an issue in the summer months with the outdoor seating and green area next door, but it might become challenging once the weather turns.

Was excited to have a fast and healthy option close by, however will need to up their portion game to retain customers. This salad was almost $12 and I was still quite hungry. Contents shifted during driving & exposed how much space was empty. Pros- fresh & accurate.

Friendly staff, great bowls, amazing freshly made drinks! Wonderful options for GF/DF/V folks! Will be back!
