The bar dominates the front room, snatch a seat there if at all possible, but there’s a decent dining room around back. Not a great place to bring the kids: short kids + the fast pace and tall tables and bar = potential disaster. Good date night place!”

“This is the first time eating at a restaurant has made me angry. The food was so good, the brisket so tender and flavorful, the turkey so juicy and smokey and the ribs with such a beautiful flavor ring that I was instantly filled with an intense sense of jealousy and anger. How is it that human beings can make food this good!? I am by no means a BBQ expert, but I can't imagine it tasting much better then this. If you are anywhere near Libertyville or even Chicago, for that matter, you are doing yourself a disservice if you haven't been here yet. Simply fantastic! PS...I've been to BBQ restaurants before that have lines out the door consistently and nothing has compared to this.”

“I was in Libertyville, IL to see my little brother graduate naval boot camp. This place was where we grabbed dinner. Despite it being busy due to the events of the day they were able to get the six of us a table. The atmosphere was great it made me think of a speakeasy. The food was excellent as was the service. Although the menu is on the more expensive side they comped my brother's steak and thanked him for his service. Overall a great experience!”

“Great Chicken. I have had both the kebab and rotisserie. Both were flavorful, tender, and juicy. Sides were very good as well. The prices are decent. The staff were very pleasant and professional. The best thing about the actual dining in experience besides the food was that the background music was kept at a lower level. I was able to easily hear my kids without shouting over the noise.
