“I work in a location nearer to the Riverwoods Jimmy Johns location, so when I needed a sandwich, I called them first. Unfortunately, they either had phone issues, or hung up on me several times after placing me on hold for 5 minutes. THIS location, however, after hearing what had happened was willing to deliver to me even though I was just outside their delivery range. They were incredibly kind and helpful, and as always, freaky fast. 10/10 for customer service. You guys rock!”

The only reason I would not give it five stars is because the prices have gone up immensely in the past few years. It is delicious, but it's still just a hot dog and fries...
