Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Food was good (like at any Red Robin), but the service was a bit slow (and it wasn't that crowded at the time). Good drink specials, but we always come for the burgers. They've never disappointed yet!

The waitress was great. My wife and I ordered our burgers and they came out and both of us could not eat them. One bite in and the meat tasted sour, just off. Both of us asked for them to be switched to chicken breasts which they remade and brought out. Those were delicious. As I said the waitress was great, I am a bit taken back that no manager ever came to check up on us or asked why it was returned. I honestly have no idea what was wrong with the hamburger meat, it just wasn't good, the chicken on the other hand was perfect.

We had a taste for a burger, so of course we chose Red Robin. Their burgers are delicious. I was able to get a healthier option as a side. My friend had the fries. Drinks were ample and tasty. Our server was friendly and attentive. It was a great atmosphere for a couple of friends to share lunch. We will definitely return.

Went there after a long day of shopping. Parking was full , had to park way in the back. Alittle wait but not to long. Waitress was really friendly. We spilled a drink and she was very helpful cleaning it up. Burgers were good and kept our endless fries baskets coming. Brought to go boxes and thanks us for coming.

I must say that they are in a class of their own. They truly had me at their bottomless fries!! The food is great, the service is friendly and the atmosphere is so much fun! I want one of those hamburger ottomans!
