“This is one of the faster McDonald's I've been to. This location does make the best apple pie. Always fresh and never hard and nasty like the other McDonald's we have been to in Kenosha. And the food is always hot and fresh. Fries are perfect every time! Definitely do have great cooks here at least. Please let your crew know how much of a wonderful job they are doing and to keep up the good work! They each deserve a raise. Every time I come in that front door a smiling face greats me, and it's very welcoming. It also is what brings me back. All of this being said it's not a terrible place, just often quite busy and chaotic for the workers. They've got good music! They usually do not do the table-service thing, despite having table locators.”

“McDonald's is certainly a hot or cold situation. Sometimes we get great service, sometimes it's terrible. Yesterday we had below average service, however our order was completely correct so I have them three stars. I went through the drive thru and the guy taking my order wasn't paying attention; he kept asking me to repeat what I had just said. A few times he asked me to repeat what I said 4 times before he got it on the screen. I'd tell him part of the order and there would be silence, then he'd say "wait, what did you say?" It was so frustrating! Finally, he must have noticed the tone in my voice because he said, "sorry, my manager is taking to me." Well, he was obviously listening to someone, and it wasn't me. Four people ordered in the other lane before we were able to complete my order (I only ordered 4 items). As I said earlier, at least the order was correct when I got it home!”
