“We hadn't been to The Office in Wedron, IL before but our friends kept telling us how great it was. So we went there with them to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff was friendly, patient and informative. The food was hot and tasty. We got the combo appetizer plate to share and, oh my, the onion rings and mushrooms were hand battered and delicious! The salad bar was plentiful. The entrees were hot and as ordered. Our waitress was nice and answered all the questions we had. After overhearing that it was our anniversary she even brought out a cake and played a song for us. We will definitely be back!”

“Easy to get to in the North side plaza. Lots of parking. Pleasant staff. Free soda and snacks. Love their games. Not real big but nice and very clean inside. Bathrooms are clean and roomy. Couple areas to sit at if your not playing slots. Candy bowls filled full next to the slots (addicting lol). We like it here and will come back.”

“I go here everyday before work and generally get the same thing. Sundays theres always a line, I suggest waiting until late morning. The staff that I usually deal with know me by coming in all the time and are pleasant. They do clean their espresso machine between 5 and 6:30 so you may or may not be able to order an espresso drink. Otherwise, I do recommend it.”

“KFC is a nation-wide chain, so most of you should know what to expect here. The store is well maintained and clean, and the food is consistent with expectations. The staff is okay, but I feel like their customer service training could be better- but it just needs polishing, not a complete reform. Greeting the customer, maintaining eye contact, confirming the order and saying thank you/have a nice day goes a long way. In addition, when speaking to the customer, their focus should be on the customer, rather than what is happening in the background. This is true at most fast food restaurants, so this should be considered constructive criticism, rather than a complaint. I have visited many times, and certainly will again.”

You could pay the same and get more food and more authentic. I will say if you have a soft spot for craft beers this place may beat out the mom and pop shops for you. “Culver's is clean, the service is quick, and the staff is friendly. You can order your food, which is made to order, and sit inside or outside and it will be delivered to your table. Custard is good. Staff will patiently explain all combos that can be made. Various flavors to take home in pints in a freezer nearby. Always chocolate, vanilla, and a flavor of the day available at the counter. Taking a survey will get you a free custard cone with another purchase. Nice bonus. Only drawback is corn syrup in custard. Perhaps sugar would be healthier.”
