“Loved it. The only reason I give it four stars is because the food I ordered wasn’t very great this time, but that could just be because I ordered something I may not have liked. I’ve been here multiple times before, and they’re food is usually very good. They have appropriate and reasonable prices, and the waitresses/waiters here are very respectful. They always seem to be right on top of things and are very kind. Food comes out very quickly. I think when we ordered it took them about 10-15 minutes to bring it out, maybe shorter. I would definitely recommend this place if you enjoy a nice clean, quiet, and friendly environment.”

“I come here on lunch break. Every once in a while not to many places around have what I like. Foods is pretty decent. But service is kinda slow person takes your order seems like they want it to go faster but kitchen is slow. Prices are a little high not gonna break you high. Portions are small, they give u little fries, but the fries are cooked just right. Shakes are priced high, overall if you want decent food but not real hungry it's ok wouldn't be half as bad if the service wasn't so slow....”

“A reliable home run! The service takes this place to 3rd base and the chef carriers it home! Here on business and this place has become a staple. The lady’s are always pleasant and welcoming; the food is consistently good. Can’t go wrong with the steak options. The fish is good as well. Look forward to trying different menu offering but it’s hard to deviate from the steak medallions with mushrooms. Can’t forget about the cocktails, A+.”

“The buffet is fine as long as you happen to be there at the right time as they don't really keep it fresh or refill it often enough. the staff was very rude to my elderly father when he was ordering take out from them, i about grabbed the phone to give them a piece of my mind but he had his heart set on it. other than all that the food is good the price of the buffet is great and take out costs a bit to much in my opinion.”

“When you discover a place totally by accident, and it turns out to be FANTASTIC, you just gotta tell everybody. We were dropping off our daughter down in Ottawa for camp. We decided to drive around a bit and noticed a Mexican joint open on a sleepy Sunday. Nothing fancy, clean and friendly, what sets this place apart is the food. I won't BS you and tell you I tried every item on the menu, but what we did eat was the best I have ever had. Combination fajitas, AMAZING! Camarones Diablo, not hot just to be hot but also a GREAT taste. We drive an hour for Mexican food because of the fajitas, chips and guacamole. Make a special trip to Fiesta MX. You won't settle for average Mexican food anymore.”

I just recently moved to Ottawa from Muncie, Indiana, and McDonald's was always a place to avoid because they were so poorly run and the food was never consistent. “My wife and I stopped in for a drink and some food. Downstairs was really busy so we went upstairs and sat at the bar. “Easy to get to in the North side plaza. Lots of parking. Pleasant staff. Free soda and snacks. Love their games. Not real big but nice and very clean inside. Bathrooms are clean and roomy. Couple areas to sit at if your not playing slots. Candy bowls filled full next to the slots (addicting lol). We like it here and will come back.”

“I go here everyday before work and generally get the same thing. Sundays theres always a line, I suggest waiting until late morning. The staff that I usually deal with know me by coming in all the time and are pleasant. They do clean their espresso machine between 5 and 6:30 so you may or may not be able to order an espresso drink. Otherwise, I do recommend it.”

“KFC is a nation-wide chain, so most of you should know what to expect here. The store is well maintained and clean, and the food is consistent with expectations. The staff is okay, but I feel like their customer service training could be better- but it just needs polishing, not a complete reform. Greeting the customer, maintaining eye contact, confirming the order and saying thank you/have a nice day goes a long way. In addition, when speaking to the customer, their focus should be on the customer, rather than what is happening in the background. This is true at most fast food restaurants, so this should be considered constructive criticism, rather than a complaint. I have visited many times, and certainly will again.”
