“I must say that the service at this Waffle House customer service because they do have customer service at this particular Waffle House. I was visiting Colombia with a friend of mine and we got hungry so we went to the waffle house because it was close to my hotel. The servers that work for Waffle House was willing to recommend me multiple other restaurants to dine at while I was there because I was looking for some authentic Italian food. Even the security guards that were working in the restaurant what kind enough to give me directions and just were very friendly. Now this would have been a five-star review except I ordered the pork chops and they were unseasoned which I guess it's standard I guess but some places I've been to season them which is amazing and they were extremely greasy. If it weren't for that this would have been a 5-star review.”

Typically I have somewhat lower expectations of service outside of major cities, but our server would have fit in at a premiere steakhouse in Chicago; she should be training servers in her blend of cheerfulness, politeness, and appropriate familiarity. “We were looking for a place for breakfast, and this place came up in google search just a couple miles off the I-64. We got there around 9am and thee were a few tables taken, just pleasantly busy. The place looked clean and well looked after, and we were seated by a pleasant waitress. My wife had an omelet which she said was good, and I had corned beef hash, which was nicely seasoned and tasty. Service was good and the prices reasonable.”

She was lucky she got a 6 piece chicken nuggets double Fry's and 2 yogurt all for under 5 dollars. She loves her gift building on toy story ❤️. No offer for anything thing else except to-go drinks, we wanted to sit for awhile and my friend wasnt done with her food so we asked her to please wait on those. “We went at 4:00 on Saturday so there were very few diners. Dinner was delicious. I had the single pork chop, a little thin but juicy. The baked potato was fluffy and done just right. My husband's steak was very good. His salad was fresh and very generous size. The manager asked if everything was all right. The waitress was attentive and very friendly. $32 before tip.”

“I love that the have a vegetarian/vegan burger option. I just wish I could ever order it. Drive through service is non existent. I could literally sit there for hours in the later part of the night, and no one ever takes your order. This happened tonight, but has happened on several other occasions as well. I will sit at the order box 5-7 minutes (or longer) being patient, then even drive up to the window and wait several minutes thinking maybe the speaker box doesnt work. But no one is in sight, and you cant flag anyone down to try and order at window. Hope the get more or better staffing soon, because I would love to be able to get a burger if anyone working there ever did anything after 9pm at night.”

“Only complaint is that I can never finish an order of anything. These are big servings!!! I love to get the Greek salad and the cauliflower, but I can't finish an order of either, so I have a LOT leftover when I order both. I literally have leftovers for days. I wish they had a small portion option. The food is great, though. The shrimp is out of this world. I really enjoy the chilled moscato wine. The servers are friendly and polite. They don't hover, but they get the food out accurately and in a timely fashion.”
