There have been plenty of restaurants I've been to were the waiter would check on us every 3 times throughout the whole experience - at the beginning, with the food, and when they drop off the check. Not at El Indio! A waiter came by at least every 5 minutes making sure we were taken care of. The owner was working the room and wasn't afraid to help his staff on the floor which in my opinion is a great sign of a great business. This will definitely be my family's go to Tex-Mex Restaurant! Highly recommend!”

“I haven't been in a Casey's in a while, but here's what I saw: the bathroom was immaculate, the store floors were clean, every employee wearing a mask, shields at the counter, hot food stocked with food that actually looked like food and not the heat-dessicated mummified remains of food, it looked like a place you would WANT to do business with, not just because it was the only place for a good stretch of road. The staff were friendly and courteous. I'd come again.”

“We had an amazing experience! I was going to make my son his birthday cake but at the last minute I ran out of time. I messaged Good Knight with the theme late Saturday night and she responded quickly with the perfect idea and had the most delicious cupcake cake ready for me to pick up on Monday. Both the chocolate and vanilla cupcakes were delish but the vanilla was to die for, and I’m normally a chocolate person. Everyone at the party asked me were I got them from. The icing was also the perfect amount of sweetness. Thank you so much!!”

“My breakfast burrito was quite good. The scone was a tad dry, but the flavor was spot-on. Even better than the food is the atmosphere. A very unassuming place tucked into a small shopping center with a few small tables, reminiscent of something you might find in Europe or a busy US city street. Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly, including the other patrons! If they're indicative of the regular clientele, plan on spending an hour, sipping some coffee and enjoying the conversation. I'll definitely be back!”

“This is a very family and kid friendly ice cream saloon that serves a small variety of food as well. The owner makes the ice cream there in the store and has over a dozen that you can try before ordering. The Gooey Butter Cake ice cream is my favorite so far. On Thursday evenings they have a very creative balloon person for the kids. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly and eager to answer questions!”

We decided to see what the old Mc Donald's building had in store for Mexican fare. I will say that I'm glad we checked it out. Service was excellent and all of the food came out hot with tons of flavor. I'm looking forward to the move and will probably make this our go to spot for Mexican.”
